Countries like Mozambique and Liberia have specific shipping document requirements for example the " contramarca" required for Mozambique imports and the ECTN number required for Liberia Imports. Alai shipping has assisted in obtaining these and have also couriered original shipping documents to our clients on our behalf. In addition, their knowledge of Incoterms and payments by Letter of credit and the role it plays in the issuance of shipping documents, has served us well.
